Yesterday You Said, Tomorrow'd Be Today

X14

X14 is a highly functional unhinged young man with a burning desire to build and destroy, but at the same time he is a stray dog tucked away in a corner of a building in downtown Johannesburg, trying to avoid the rain, trying to get something to eat, trying to find a home.

Yesterday You Said, Tomorrow'd be Today

Wet Dreams Recordings is just another South African underground electronic music record label that’s trying its best to showcase the finest forms of low brow music and art.

Founded by Montle “Big Space” Moorosi in 2001 and then later joined by Natalie “Rose Bonica” Perel until 2020.

2020 is the year to Build and Destroy.

We are the poor man’s Guggenheim Museum, please feel free to touch, caress or molest all of our work.

Mouthful of Concrete

Rose Bonica

In 1999 I was skateboarding down a very steep hill and for a moment I had everything under control, only to fall seconds later, face first into the concrete. I stood up, laughing, as the tears and blood poured down my face. Here’s to another year of falling down, eating concrete and getting back up with a smile!

SEXXUS

SEXXUS

It doesn’t really matter who or what Sexxus is. For those who prefer to read than to listen, Sexxus is a dark dance record inspired by Henry Millers 1949 novel Sexus.  Like Millers words, the four tracks on the EP are filthy, aggressively embracing, metaphysical and philosophically naïve in delivery. A distorted medley of genres and ideas about a state of indifference born of despair.
